Prenatal Bliss
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm @ The Shala on Main
This series runs from January 14 - May 5, 2020.
This weekly group class is designed to mimic the natural flow of labor. This class emphasizes childbirth education and focuses on breathwork, hip-opening, stretching the low back, inner thighs, and neck, stamina building, pelvic floor toning, and relaxation methods.
